Southington- Christine Purpura, 36, of 129 Walkley Dr. tragically passed away Saturday, August 14, 2010. She was the wife of Steven Appelstein.
Born October 18, 1973 in Buffalo, NY, she was the beloved daughter of Peter and Nancy (Durkin) Purpura of Southington.
Christine was a Southington High School graduate, Class of 1991 and had attended Central CT University. She loved ballet, yoga, painting and above all cherished her 6 year old daughter, Sarah Purpura.
Besides her beloved daughter and parents, she is survived by her loving brother Jeffrey Purpura and his wife Kristi-Lyn of Southington and her precious nephews, Gabe and Matty Purpura.
The funeral will be held Wednesday 11:30 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Church. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, N. Main St. Southington. |
