Waterford- Jessie (George) Varley McNichol, 90,of East Bishop St. passed away Saturday, Feb. 27, 2010 at CT Hospice in Branford. She was the wife of the late Joseph McNichol.
Born Sept 11, 1919 in New London, daughter of the late Anthony and Mary George. She had retired from First National Stores in New London.
She leaves a son John Varley and wife Judith of Plainville, 5 grandchildren, Duane A. Varley, Mark A. Varley, Maria Alejandro Amy Lippincott and Jennifer Varley, 6 great grandchildren, Jordan, Jack, and Emily Varley, Brodie Lippincott, Marissa and Cassandra Varley. She was predeceased by a son Melvin A. Varley.
The Funeral Service will be held Tuesday 11 a.m. at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home; 211 N. Main St.Southington. Burial will be at St. Thomas Cemetery in Southington.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the CT Hospice of Branford, 100 Double Beach Rd., Branford, CT 06405.
